New to our church?

Here is some helpful information about our services.

Worship Service – Informal service with a more traditional but relaxed format.

Dress code – We have a mix of blue jeans to suits and pants to dresses.

Music – Mostly Southern Gospel and hymns but we love anything fast!

Bathrooms – In the back of the church through the right door of sanctuary.

Communion – Mt. Zion maintains an open communion table where anyone and everyone are welcome to partake in remembrance of the Lord ’s Supper.

Church Traditions – We have several traditions in our church which include an Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday morning, a traditional Christmas play, and old fashioned covered dish dinners with the best variety of casseroles and desserts!

In the event of inclement weather, church services will likely be cancelled due to safety concerns. If Habersham County schools are closed then Wednesday night services will also be cancelled. Check our website or Facebook page for special announcements related to cancellations.
